Individual and collective coaching
Being a coach since 2007, I do accompany sustainable organizations’ tranformations.
I do coach teams in transition (team coaching, teambuiding workshops, co-development and co-construction sessions).
I do also individually coach executives and managers, including HiPo (development and transition Coaching).
I do conceive and facilitate training programs on leadership and management development, including in multicultural environments.
My way of proceeding : balance of requirement and benevolence, allow again freedom, life, desire, play, while relying on the strengths and talents of the people I accompany.
Professional path
Before becoming a coach, my more than 10 years experience in companies allowed me to develop competencies in team and project management (first at Ifop and then in Strategy Direction at Canal+ Group).
This experience also allowed me to realize how much coaching people to reach their best potential (both as indivudals and groups) was important and stimulating for me.

I initially graduated from a business school and completed a Quantitative Marketing MBA.
I received my coaching certification from International Mozaik. I am trained in various approaches, such as Gestalt posture for coaches, Systemic approach (lead in complex environments), Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence.
Trained in the creation of perfumes with Cinquième Sens, then Sylvaine Delacourte and graduated in Aromachology (science of phenomena related to odors, more particularly the influence of odors on behavior and feelings) with the FLMNE.
